Q: Where do your ingredients come from?

A: Wherever possible the fresh ingredients are grown by me, my friends and neighbours in their gardens and on their allotments.

Q: Are any ingredients organic?

A: Lots, but not all of my fresh ingredients are organic and they are mostly grown without the use of chemicals.

Q: Where can I find a list of your products?

A: A list of all my products may be found on my "Products" page; it should, however, be noted that some of these products are seasonal and may not be available at all times. For a list of products currently available, please click here.

Q: Is the produce “seasonal”?

A: I work with the seasons but strive to make enough stock to keep an interesting product list at all times;
I am, though, in the hands of the weather for fruitful crops.

Q: What sort of containers do you use – can I recycle them?

A: I use glass containers that can be returned to me to be re-used, I pay 10p for each of my jars that is returned to me (this is most successful on my farmers' markets).

Q: Why should I buy your produce and not a supermarket's?

A: The product you have bought from me will not be a mass produced item, the flavours have not been compromised by bulk cooking.

Q: What advantage is there in eating produce made from local ingredients?

A: In buying from me you are supporting a small producer who in turn supports other small producers.
The food also tastes best because it’s freshest.

Q: Do you deliver?

A: I do deliver to local outlets but do not want to travel too far as this will go beyond my ethos of Local Produce.

Q: Where else can I buy your produce?

A: Please refer to my "Where to Buy" page for these details.

Q: Are your prices competitive?

A: Highly competitive! Please call me for further details.

Q: Is there a minimum quantity I have to buy?

A: No minimum order, if you only want one jar - that is fine by me.
